Autotaxi is a mobile taxi-booking platform, providing a convenient and reliable method to hire taxis.

2. How to download the app?

You can download the app for free from the Google Play Store or your mobile app store. On providing your email ID or mobile number, the download link will be sent to the respective email ID or mobile device. You can also use the QR code to download the app.

3. Do I need to register to use Autotaxi app?

To start using the app, you need to register, providing your email ID and mobile number.

4. Can I cancel my ride?

Yes. But unless the ride is cancelled through the app, it will be considered as active.

5. What is QR code? How do I use QR code?

QR code allows you to easily download the app. Download the app for QR code scanning in your mobile and scan the QR code available in home page. Scanning the code will take you to the Android or iOS store, from where you can install the app.

6. What are ‘Favourites’?

In the Favourites page, you can add the details of locations you frequently travel to. This allows to easily select the location from the Favourites list while booking the next ride. You can modify the Favourites page any time you wish.

7. What should I do if I forget my password?

Click the Forget Password option in the Login page. A link to reset the password will be sent to your registered email ID. Click the link and set a new password for your account.

8. Can I rate my driver?

Yes. You can rate your driver for the service after each ride, clicking on the star icons.

9. What should I provide to pay via app?

You may use your credit card, debit card or Net banking options. You may also pay in cash.
